How JML Started
The property business started with Property Renovation and Management as Juliet, one the founders of the company, renovated private homes for clients who lived in Macau or kept a weekend property here.
As more properties were renovated, owners requested management services that they could not find elsewhere, and later when the demand for rental properties started rising, companies approached JML for rental properties for colleagues and friends.
As JML grew, clients who wanted to increase their property portfolio in Macau came to us to help them find investment property, and the whole ‘turnkey’ process was born.
Property Sales & Investment
To date, JML has closed over $400,000,000 in property sales transactions with sellers & buyers. We act in the best interest of our clients when they are buying and selling.
Property Rentals
JML has closed more than 1,000 rental transactions with owners & tenants. Again, we act in the best interests of our clients, and only rent apartments that we would be prepared to live in ourselves.
Property Management
JML manages over $800,000,000 of property assets in Macau. We are the only property management company that offer professional management services and full time staff for individual owners
Interiors & Renovations
By the end of 2011, JML has completed more than $15,000,000 of interior & renovation projects throughout Macau.

JML has a showroom in Macau located just beside the staircase of the famous Ruins of St.Paul as well an Admin office on Coloane Island.
