Pre-Arrival Services.
Your team are provided with information to help them become accustomed to Macau from a distance, including;

All the materials are pre-approved by you.

Special rates and packages are arranged through our Serviced Apartment & Hotel partners to accommodate staff as they land in Macau, and Apartments are pre-examined for suitability.

Upon Arrival
After settling into temporary accommodation, staff are shown around the suitable housing complexes and developments throughout Macau, Taipa and Coloane.

When a suitable unit is confirmed, agreements and contracts are confirmed quickly. Furnishing and decoration packages are made available for staff who wish to furnish or upgrade their accommodation, and logistical support is available to assist with the move.

Ongoing Services
Staff are provided with ongoing services to assist with settling in, maintenance issues, emergency call outs, utilities and set up etc. There is also a Lifestyle Program in which all clients enjoy special privileges, benefits and discounts at facilities throughout Macau. If the Head Office require reports, a reporting program can be tailored to meet the specific needs.

Upon arrival in Macau, we take groups on a comprehensive road show tour of recommended apartment complexes in Macau. These road shows covers the three residential living areas of Macau, and property leases are available for signing after inspections.
